Dr Trinh Thai

Dr Trinh Thai is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-focused care. With a strong belief in a holistic approach to medicine, she works closely in partnership with patients and their families to optimise their health and promote a balanced lifestyle. Dr Thai enjoys all aspects of General Practice, welcoming individuals of all ages and backgrounds to support them through their unique health journeys.

Dr Thai completed her medical training at Monash University, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Honours. In 2013, she achieved Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and was awarded the prestigious Gutch Medal for achieving the highest overall examination score in Victoria. To further expand her clinical expertise, she has completed a Diploma of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Medical Acupuncture and additional training in Nutritional Medicine.

In her clinical practice, Dr Thai has developed a diverse range of special interests. She is particularly passionate about preventative health, chronic disease management, and diabetes care, helping patients manage long-term conditions effectively. Additionally, her qualifications enable her to offer shared obstetric care and medical acupuncture, integrating these specialised treatments to deliver well-rounded and personalised healthcare solutions.
