Timothy George Upsdell is a registered psychologist. Timothy aims to provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment for clients to explore their concerns and work towards positive change. They believe in working collaboratively with clients to develop individualised treatment plans that meet their unique needs and goals.

Timothy draws upon evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy. These approaches can help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
