Dr Tamsin Franklin is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, high-quality healthcare to individuals and families. With a patient-centred approach, she focuses on building strong, collaborative relationships with her patients to support both their physical and emotional wellbeing. Dr Franklin is committed to delivering personalised care that respects each individual's unique health journey, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and supported during their consultations.

As an experienced General Practitioner, Dr Franklin has developed a diverse range of clinical interests. She is particularly passionate about women's health, reproductive choices, and family planning, and is fully qualified to insert and remove long-acting reversible contraception options. Additionally, she is accredited to provide shared antenatal care, supporting expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy. Her expertise also extends to managing mental health concerns with an affirming and collaborative approach, as well as sports medicine, preventative health, and supporting patients with healthy weight management and fitness improvement in a non-shaming manner.

Dr Franklin completed her medical training at the University of Tasmania, where she earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) alongside a Bachelor of Medical Science (B Med Science). Demonstrating her commitment to the highest standards of general practice, she is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (F.R.A.C.G.P.).
