I went in to Springfield mater for a colonoscopy. I couldn't have been more comfortable and the staff were very professional.
She was very clear in her explanations and efficient whilst maintaining a good bedside manner.
Dr Vigh was very welcoming from the get-go. She explained everything clearly and precisely so I could understand it easily. The appointment didnt feel rushed and her presence felt genuine and real. I was allowed to ask questions about my upcoming procedure and Sylvia made me feel comfortable.

My recent experience was very positive. All staff showed me kindness and professionalism. I was communicated with very well. Dr Vigh saw me before the procedure and then when I was in recovery. She was very friendly and made sure I didn't have any questions to ask her.
I was disappointed that the paperwork that I had completed for the practice was not sent to the hospital reception desk and I had to redo some of them, with out my glasses (left at home because I was undergoing a procedure). It also appeared that my GP’s referral was also not available to Dr Vigh at the start of the procedure.
