Dr Subrata Saha

Dr Subrata Saha is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a holistic approach to medicine, Dr Saha focuses on building strong, trusting relationships with his patients to support their long-term health and well-being. He enjoys all aspects of family medicine, offering reassuring and professional guidance to individuals and families at every stage of life.

Dr Saha completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at Chittagong Medical College, University of Chittagong, in 1999. He later pursued further education in Australia, obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in 2003. After successfully completing his Australian Medical Council examinations in 2009, he gained extensive clinical experience as a Hospital Medical Officer within the Australian healthcare system. Dr Saha completed his specialist general practice training through the Rural Workforce Agency Victoria and achieved his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2021.

Throughout his career, Dr Saha has developed a diverse range of clinical interests. He is particularly passionate about skin cancer care, including comprehensive skin checks, skin procedures, and the removal of skin cancers, lumps, and bumps. His expertise also extends to child health and immunisation, travel medicine, travel vaccinations, men's health, women's health, and the management of chronic health conditions. Prior to entering general practice, he also contributed to international child health initiatives funded by UNICEF, focusing on child survival and immunisation.
