Dr Stacey Waugh

Dr Stacey Waugh is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive primary healthcare to patients in the Cairns region. With a patient-centred approach, she is committed to delivering high-quality medical care that supports the long-term health and well-being of individuals and families within the community.

Dr Waugh completed her medical training at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 1993. Demonstrating her commitment to the highest standards of general practice, she went on to obtain her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 1998.

Throughout her career, Dr Waugh has gained extensive experience working as a General Practitioner across Townsville and Cairns, including time spent providing medical care at a naval medical centre. She has developed a diverse clinical focus, with particular interests in integrative medicine, women's health, and mental health. Additionally, she is highly experienced in supporting veterans, offering tailored healthcare solutions that address the unique needs of those who have served in the armed forces.
