Dr Nicholson completed his medical training at Leeds University in the north of England, qualifying in 1988. Prior to relocating to Australia, he served as a senior General Practitioner in a busy inner-city practice, where he gained extensive experience in managing complex community health needs. In addition to his clinical duties, he is actively involved in medical education, serving as a GP Registrar Training Supervisor to mentor and support junior doctors.
