Dr Shreeya Patel is a highly qualified and dedicated Rheumatologist who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. She specialises in diagnosing and managing a diverse range of rheumatic diseases, ensuring that each patient receives a tailored treatment plan suited to their unique needs. With a compassionate and reassuring approach, Dr Patel focuses on improving her patients' quality of life by helping them navigate complex musculoskeletal and autoimmune conditions.

Her clinical expertise spans a broad spectrum of rheumatological conditions. Dr Patel has a particular interest in inflammatory joint diseases, connective tissue diseases, and gout. Additionally, she has gained valuable experience in managing complex autoimmune ocular conditions, allowing her to offer a well-rounded perspective when treating systemic inflammatory disorders. Her practice is built on the philosophy of collaborative care, working closely with patients to achieve the best possible health outcomes.

Dr Patel completed her undergraduate studies with a Bachelor of Biomedicine before earning her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Melbourne. She then undertook extensive training as a Physician and Specialist across several prominent metropolitan hospitals. To further her expertise, she also completed specialised training in autoimmune ocular conditions at a leading specialist eye and ear hospital. Dr Patel is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) and maintains an active role in the public healthcare system as a Consultant.
