Dr Shilpa Mane

Dr Shilpa Mane is a compassionate and reassuring General Practitioner who is dedicated to delivering a high standard of healthcare to her patients. She takes a holistic, patient-centred approach to medicine, ensuring that individuals and families receive personalised care tailored to their specific needs. Dr Mane believes in building strong, trusting relationships with her patients, guiding them through their health journeys with professional expertise and empathy.

Her clinical interests are diverse, with a particular focus on Women's Health and Child Health. Dr Mane provides comprehensive support in gynaecology, obstetrics, menopause management, and pregnancy care, including shared maternity care. Her extensive background in paediatrics enables her to offer expert care for infants and children. She is also highly experienced in chronic disease management, routine immunisations, pathology testing, skin checks, and performing minor procedures such as skin lesion removals.

Dr Mane completed her primary medical education, earning her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). She qualified as a Paediatrician in India in 2003, where she also completed a postgraduate Diploma in Child Health (DCH). She then moved to the United Kingdom, where she completed her General Practice training, obtained her Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DRCOG), and became a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP). Upon relocating to Australia in 2009, she was awarded her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
