Dr Shazia Bashir is an experienced general practitioner and an Accredited Skin Cancer Doctor. She has completed additional training in skin cancer medicine with the Skin Cancer College Australasia (SCCA) and is skilled in the assessment and management skin cancer as part of general practice care.

Dr Bashir is committed to helping patients understand and take care of their skin health. She takes the time to explain what she’s looking for, talk through options, and support early detection of skin cancer and timely treatment, so patients feel informed, reassured and involved in their care.

Known for her thorough and considered approach, Dr Bashir tailors care to meet each person’s needs. Her clinical skills include minor surgical procedures, dermoscopy, and monitoring and supporting patients who may be at higher skin cancer risk. Dr Bashir enjoys working with people of all ages to achieve better health outcomes.
