Ms Sharon Cheeseman

Ms Sharon Cheeseman is a compassionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist who works with adults, older adults, and couples across community and private practice settings. She is known for her warm, collaborative, and supportive approach, tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique needs using evidence-based and integrative treatment methods.

Sharon draws on a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, trauma-focused therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. Her work combines strong clinical expertise with a practical and empathetic style, helping clients better understand their experiences while working collaboratively toward meaningful personal change and long-term wellbeing.
