Dr Sawe Zin

Dr Sawe Zin is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals and families. With a reassuring and professional approach, she focuses on delivering high-quality medical services that address both acute and chronic health needs. Dr Zin is committed to fostering long-term relationships with her patients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their healthcare journeys.

As a versatile General Practitioner, Dr Zin has developed a diverse range of clinical interests to better serve her community. She has a keen interest in women's health, offering specialised services such as family planning, pregnancy shared care, and the insertion and removal of contraceptive devices like Implanon and intrauterine devices (IUDs). Additionally, she provides expert care in paediatrics, mental health, and Aboriginal health. Dr Zin also performs specialised procedures, including male circumcisions, musculoskeletal and joint injections, and cosmetic aesthetic treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, and PDO threading.

Dr Zin obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Medicine 1, Yangon, qualifying in 2006. To further her professional development and maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence, she achieved fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, earning the title of Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). She is also an active member of the Circumcision Academy of Australia, reflecting her specialised training and expertise in performing safe and precise male circumcisions.
