Dr Gupta understood my problem and is actively helping me to find a reasonable solution
I recently had an appointment with A/Prof Saurabh Gupta for an upcoming procedure. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel completely at ease. He took the time to explain everything about my upcoming procedure in clear, simple terms which I really appreciated.. He was warm, polite, and genuinely personable, and it was obvious he cared about making sure I felt informed and comfortable. It’s not always easy going into a specialist appointment, but he made the whole experience so much less daunting.. I would highly recommend!
He was very prepared and fully explained issues and proposed remedy . Dr Gupta was reassuring about my forthcoming procedure for which was grateful.
The only drawback was the wait, the consultation itself was very professional in explaining, and showing, previous visits to doctors, hospitals and x-rays to me and a thorough understanding of what was to be done.
Saurabh was exceptionally thorough and by far, the most experienced and professional specialist that I have had the pleasure of visiting. I walked away feeling confident and reassured by the approach described, which I have never had before! The staff were very approachable, friendly and helpful!
