Dr Sarah Freeman

Dr Sarah Freeman is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a strong focus on preventative medicine, she believes that supporting patients to adopt healthy lifestyle choices is essential for long-term health and well-being. Dr Freeman takes a holistic approach to healthcare, working collaboratively with individuals of all ages to help them achieve their optimal health outcomes.

Dr Freeman has a highly accomplished academic background. She holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc), and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). To further deepen her clinical expertise, she has also completed a Diploma of Child Health and a Graduate Diploma of Genetic Counselling.

Her diverse training allows her to offer specialised care across a broad range of clinical areas. Dr Freeman has particular interests in Paediatrics, Women's Health, Sexual Health, and Mental Health. Her advanced qualifications in genetics and child health enable her to provide expert guidance in genetic counselling, travel health, and chronic disease prevention and management, ensuring her patients receive well-rounded, evidence-based medical support.

Outside of her clinical practice, Dr Freeman enjoys cooking, travelling, and spending quality time with her family and her dog, Frankie.
