Dr Broderick made me feel extremely comfortable throughout an extended period of medical intervention. When major surgery was required I felt heard and supported by her. Dr Broderick obviously keeps up-to-date on medical issues that both directly and indirectly relate to women's health. This was evident in her treatment of my issues.
Dr Broderick was absolutely amazing in diagnosing and removing my endometriosis. She was extremely caring and thorough. I felt very comfortable, listened to and as though she empathised with me. Multiple other specialists have misdiagnosed me over a number of years have also said that there was absolutely no chance that I had endometriosis, however Sarah found stage 3. She also respected my decisions about management strategies and did not push her own biases onto me, which other professionals have done in the past.
Dr Broderick has exceptional clinical insight, decisive recommendations and is a fabulous surgeon. My history is the same as many women - pain ignored, heat packs and Panadol, multiple hospital visits and specialists - then the combo of a persistent GP and Dr Broderick and finally the magic has happened. Definitive diagnosis, surgery and great recovery.
A good doctor and an obviously very kind caring person however she could take more time to explain things to her patients, for example, exactly what an operation entails or the details of a diagnosed condition.
Dr Broderick was one of the best doctors I have encountered and I have been to many in my 73 years. She was positive, encouraging, explained everything thoroughly so it was easy to understand and guided my decisions. She was always on time and I never felt rushed during my appointments. She treated me with great respect and answered all my questions. Her staff members were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I have had an excellent result from my surgery thanks to her expertise.

I have seen dr Broderick a few times plus had surgery with her. I would highly recommend dr Broderick. She put me at ease with surgery and explained everything, I will be going back to see her in the future
