Dr Saidee Beigi

Dr Saidee Beigi is a dedicated and highly skilled General Practitioner who specialises in skin cancer medicine and comprehensive primary care. With a strong clinical focus on the early detection and management of skin malignancies, Dr Beigi is committed to providing thorough, patient-centred care. Her clinical approach emphasises meticulous skin examinations, particularly the dermatoscopy of both pigmented and non-pigmented skin lesions, to identify small melanomas in their earliest, most treatable stages. She combines her technical expertise with a reassuring and compassionate manner, ensuring that patients feel supported throughout their diagnostic and treatment journeys.

Dr Beigi completed her primary medical education at Bushehr University of Medical Sciences, graduating as a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in 2004. Committed to advancing her expertise in primary care and skin health, she achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2012. To further specialise in her field, she undertook advanced postgraduate training, obtaining diplomas in Dermatoscopy, Skin Cancer Medicine, and Skin Cancer Surgery from the Skin Cancer College of Australasia in 2014.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr Beigi is actively involved in medical education and research. She has contributed to the training of future medical professionals by teaching postgraduate diploma and master's degree students in dermatology and skin cancer at the University of South Wales. Her dedication to the field is also reflected in her contributions to peer-reviewed research, including studies published in the Australasian Journal of Dermatology that explore the psychological wellbeing of patients following a diagnosis of melanoma in situ.
