Dr Royhil Kumar

Dr Royhil Kumar is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. Throughout his career, Dr Kumar has developed a diverse range of clinical interests, with a particular focus on Integrative Medicine, Preventive Health, and Men's Health. He is highly regarded for his work in sleep health, offering specialised assessments and treatments for snoring, sleep apnoea, and insomnia through evidence-based behavioural therapy. Additionally, his practice encompasses chronic disease management, holistic mental health, and paediatric care, ensuring that each patient receives a highly personalised treatment plan tailored to their unique physiological and lifestyle needs.

Dr Kumar completed his medical training at Monash University, qualifying with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery in 1995. Committed to continuous professional development, he went on to obtain a postgraduate Diploma in Child Health from the University of Sydney and undertook further training in integrative medicine with the Australian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine. Dr Kumar is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and holds professional membership with the Australian Sleep Association. He has also contributed to the medical community as a General Practice Medical Educator, assisting in the training and assessment of future General Practitioners.
