Revisit about hip replacement and pain in right hip.
I was 7 minutes late due to torrential rain, school pick up traffic and train crossing hold up hence rushed appointment as dr Crawford had a concert to attend. But all was good and understandable.
Your offsider was very rude & told me that exercise doesn’t help you loose weight I was very disappointed with his attitude & demeanour towards me considering I had lost more than the acquired amount of weight doing Aqua Aerobics & changing my diet.

I had a partial knee replacement near to 2 years ago which went well. Recently had swelling and pain in the same knee so I contacted Professor Crawford's room and spoke to his PA Michelle who got me in the next day to see Professor Crawford. Professor Crawford ordered Xrays and a body scan to rule out any issues with the replacement or further deterioration in the knee. Professor Crawford was reassuring and very informative and is very passionate about his work. The professionalism from Michelle and Professor Crawford is outstanding.
The booking process was was very accommodating the operation accompanied by the robot was a huge success the staff at the operation and in the ward were amazing thank you all for the excellent service and Professor Ross Crawford for your excellent service and commitment to my requirements best regards to all staff regards 🙏 Catherine
