Dr Rose Iron

Dr Rose Iron is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a holistic approach to family medicine, she is committed to supporting patients of all ages through every stage of life. Dr Iron focuses on preventative medicine, working collaboratively with individuals to promote long-term health and well-being.

Throughout her career, Dr Iron has developed a diverse range of clinical interests. She has a strong focus on women's and children's health, including developmental paediatrics. Additionally, her clinical background includes experience in neurology outpatient care, which has fostered a particular interest in the management of chronic migraine. Her broad scope of practice also encompasses minor surgery, pathology testing, and pre-employment health assessments.

Dr Iron began her healthcare journey by completing a Bachelor of Pharmacy. She then pursued her medical training at the University of Queensland, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2006. Committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, she achieved her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2014.
