Gentle patient manner and obviously good surgical skills as a nice scar More explanations postop would have been useful
Very straightforward process because Dr Whitfield (and staff) communicated every step of the way.
Very calm and clear explanations of my situation. Caring and helpful manner.
Dr Whitfield was wonderful in scheduling surgery very quickly for me, which was greatly appreciated as a country patient. He coordinated it in a very short time frame (as we were already going to be in Adelaide on the weekend prior to my surgery date) and there were no issues at all, it ran very smoothly.
With my personal experience of a recent surgical procedure I found Dr Robert Whitfield to be an extremely knowledgeable and gentle man at both prior and post consultations. He performed a skilful proficient excision resulting in an accomplished result with which I am very happy. I most certainly would have no hesitation in returning to Dr Whitfield in the future if needed for either advice or intervention.
