Dr Richard Barton is a Melbourne Specialist Plastic

Dr Richard Barton has been my go too medical professional for many years. whether it has been cosmetic or on one occasion fixing up the work of another surgeon who left me with an undesirable outcome from a cancer operation he has never failed.
