About Dr Randolph Gray

Dr. Randolph Gray is a highly experienced Orthopaedic and Spine Surgeon, specialising in the management of both adult and paediatric spinal disorders. His practice encompasses the full spectrum of spinal care, from scoliosis and spinal deformity correction to degenerative spine disease, trauma, and tumours, with a particular expertise in Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery (MISS).

Dr. Gray completed his Orthopaedic Surgery training in Sydney through the Australian Orthopaedic Association (AOA) and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2008. He subsequently undertook advanced fellowship training in adult and paediatric spinal surgery at the Toronto Western Hospital and the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada — internationally recognised centres of excellence in spinal care.

His subspecialty training in Canada included extensive experience in Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery (MISS), as well as the surgical management of complex spinal deformities, trauma, and spinal tumours. Dr. Gray’s clinical approach combines precision surgical technique with evidence-based practice, aimed at restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving long-term outcomes for his patients.

Dr. Gray treats both adult and paediatric patients, providing holistic, individualised care tailored to each patient’s specific diagnosis and functional goals. He remains committed to ongoing education and research in spinal surgery and regularly participates in professional development and clinical teaching.
