Quite positive and knowledgeable. Thorough in his explanation of the proposed procedure. Despite answering all my questions to my satisfaction, I felt at times that he rushed through the answers, making me feel rushed to process in my own mind what had just been explained to me. However, he did answer all my questions and offered further opportunities to do so.

I found the girls in reception were extremely nice and made me feel as if we were friends and Ramez the same and I have a lot of hospital visits and his manner talking with me was fantastic
