Dr Rachel Wiper

Dr Rachel Wiper is a highly dedicated General Practitioner who provides compassionate, evidence-based care to her patients. With a strong focus on holistic well-being, she specialises in women's health, with a particular interest in supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Dr Wiper is committed to empowering her patients through education and personalised treatment approaches, helping them navigate complex health journeys with confidence and clarity.

In addition to her comprehensive general practice services, Dr Wiper has developed extensive expertise in managing a wide range of women's health conditions. Her clinical interests include premenstrual syndrome (PMS), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), endometriosis, and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). She also focuses on lifestyle medicine and healthy ageing, understanding the profound impact that lifestyle choices have on symptom control and long-term wellness. Dr Wiper completed her medical degree (MBChB) and undertook her specialist General Practice training in Leeds, United Kingdom, qualifying in 2010. She holds several postgraduate qualifications, including a Postgraduate Certificate in Menopause Medicine with Distinction, a Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health, a Diploma in Geriatric Medicine, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Primary Care Education. She also achieved Board Certification from the Australian Society of Lifestyle Medicine in 2020. Dr Wiper is a Fellow of both the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners, and she is an active member of the Australian Menopause Society and the International Menopause Society.
