Dr Quoc Duong

Dr Quoc Duong is a highly experienced General Practitioner who is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate family medicine. As a Practice Principal, he is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals of all ages. Dr Duong enjoys all aspects of general practice, focusing on building strong, long-term relationships with his patients to support their ongoing health and well-being.

Before transitioning into General Practice, Dr Duong built a diverse clinical foundation by working extensively in other demanding medical fields. He gained valuable experience in surgery and spent a significant period working in emergency medicine. This robust background has equipped him with a versatile skill set, allowing him to manage acute medical situations and perform various clinical procedures with confidence and precision.

Dr Duong completed his medical education at the University of Melbourne, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 1996. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), reflecting his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.

Outside of his clinical work, Dr Duong values spending quality time with his young family. To relax and unwind, he enjoys playing the guitar and listening to music, which helps him maintain a healthy work-life balance.
