Dr Qing Yi

Dr Qing Yi is a highly dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a clinical focus that spans across all aspects of family medicine, she is particularly passionate about supporting patients through various stages of life. Her clinical approach is characterised by a reassuring and thorough manner, ensuring that every patient receives personalised attention tailored to their unique health needs.

Throughout her career, Dr Yi has developed a strong focus on key areas of General Practice, including women's health, paediatrics, and the management of chronic medical conditions. She is also deeply committed to preventative medicine, working closely with patients to implement lifestyle modifications and early intervention strategies that promote long-term well-being. Her diverse clinical background enables her to manage complex health concerns with confidence and empathy.

Dr Yi completed her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in Beijing in 1996, followed by a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Melbourne in 1999. Committed to continuous professional development, she went on to obtain a Diploma in Child Health (DCH) in 2007. She completed her general practice training and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2008. Additionally, she has contributed to the wider medical community through clinical research, having co-authored several papers alongside specialist colleagues.
