Dr Peter Lawson

Dr Peter Lawson is a dedicated and reassuring General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals and families. He began his medical career in Brisbane after serving as a medical officer with the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF). Known for his warm and approachable manner, Dr Lawson is passionate about delivering holistic healthcare that places patient comfort and well-being at the forefront of every consultation.

Dr Lawson completed his medical studies at the University of Adelaide, qualifying in 1974. He holds a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), demonstrating his ongoing commitment to clinical excellence and professional development within the field of primary care.

With a broad range of clinical interests, Dr Lawson enjoys all aspects of General Practice. He has a particular interest in Aviation Medicine and Sports Medicine, having previously had professional involvement with both Australian Rules Football (AFL) and Rugby League. His clinical focus also extends to Men's Health and chronic disease management, where he works closely with patients to achieve optimal long-term health outcomes.
