Dr Peggy Kwok

Dr Peggy Kwok is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals and families. With a reassuring and professional approach, she focuses on building strong, trusting relationships with her patients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their healthcare journey. Dr Kwok is committed to delivering high-quality medical care tailored to the unique needs of each individual, promoting long-term health and well-being within the community.

Dr Kwok obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Hong Kong in 1999. She is a highly qualified medical professional, holding a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, which she achieved in 2006. Additionally, she is a Fellow of the Hong Kong College of Family Physicians and a Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine in Family Medicine. Her advanced training includes a Diploma in Palliative Medicine from Cardiff University and a Clinical Diploma in Palliative Medicine from the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. In 2023, she also completed her training to become a qualified Acupuncturist with the Australian Medical Acupuncture College.

Throughout her career, Dr Kwok has developed diverse clinical interests, with a particular focus on women's health, family planning, and antenatal shared care. She is highly experienced in providing contraceptive advice and performing procedures such as the insertion of contraceptive devices. Dr Kwok also has a deep interest in palliative care, having gained extensive hands-on experience in both inpatient and community settings, including visiting local aged care facilities to support elderly patients. Her other areas of expertise include mental health, addiction medicine, and the integration of medical acupuncture to assist with chronic pain management, mental health support, and women's health concerns.
