Dr Paul Goodyear

Dr Paul Goodyear is a Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Surgeon with sub-specialty expertise in Head and Neck Cancer Surgery and Rhinology, including functional rhinoplasty. He completed his ENT training in Liverpool, UK, before undertaking advanced fellowship training in Adelaide, Australia, in 2013. He is a Fellow of both the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (FRCSEd) and the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS).

Dr Goodyear has broad experience in general adult and paediatric ENT. His specialist interests include conditions of the oral cavity, oropharynx, larynx, sinonasal cavity, functional rhinoplasty, and salivary gland tumours. He has worked extensively across Australia in Adelaide, Melbourne, Alice Springs, and Launceston, providing both metropolitan and regional ENT services.

He currently serves as Head of Unit for ENT Surgery at Northern Health in Epping and also holds a public hospital appointment at Launceston General Hospital. Alongside his surgical work, Dr Goodyear is committed to improving access to ENT care in regional and rural communities.
