Dr Pascal Mancuso

Dr Pascal Mancuso is a highly regarded Consultant Urologist and Urological Surgeon who specialises in robotic and minimally invasive surgery for prostate and kidney cancers. With a patient-centred approach, Dr Mancuso focuses on delivering advanced surgical treatments while prioritising the dignity, comfort, and individual concerns of his patients. He is dedicated to clear communication, ensuring that patients and their families are fully informed and actively involved in all treatment decisions.

His clinical practice encompasses a broad range of urological conditions, with a particular emphasis on nerve-sparing robotic prostatectomies to preserve sexual function and urinary control. Dr Mancuso also performs robotic partial nephrectomies, which allow for the precise removal of kidney tumours while preserving healthy kidney tissue. In addition to oncological care, he offers modern, minimally invasive treatments for prostatic enlargement and kidney stones, utilising advanced techniques such as laser prostatectomy, Urolift, and Rezum steam therapy.

Dr Mancuso completed his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery with Honours, alongside a Bachelor of Science (Medicine), at the University of New South Wales in 2003. He went on to complete rigorous urological training in Australia, earning a Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2011. To further refine his skills, he undertook a postgraduate fellowship in England, focusing on robotic and minimally invasive urological surgery. Dr Mancuso was also awarded the prestigious European Urology Residents Education Programme scholarship to attend the European Urology Trainees Forum in Prague.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr Mancuso is an active researcher and educator. He serves as a Conjoint Lecturer at the University of New South Wales and is an accredited Robotic Proctor, training other Surgeons and Registrars in advanced robotic techniques. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed medical journals and regularly presents his research at national and international conferences.
