Dr Nibo Wu

Dr Nibo Wu is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. She is committed to supporting the health and well-being of individuals and families through all stages of life. With a reassuring and professional approach, Dr Wu focuses on delivering high-quality medical care tailored to the unique needs of each patient, ensuring they feel heard and supported during their consultations.

Dr Wu graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and a Bachelor of Medical Science (BMedSci) from the University of Melbourne. To further enhance her clinical skills, she completed a Diploma of Surgical Anatomy and undertook extensive clinical training across major metropolitan health services. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and is also recognised as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

In her general practice, Dr Wu enjoys all aspects of family medicine, with a particular focus on preventative health and weight management. She has a strong interest in women's health, offering specialised care for menstrual concerns, perimenopause, and lactation consultations. Additionally, she is accredited to provide Shared Maternity Care in collaboration with major metropolitan maternity hospitals. Her practical expertise extends to performing minor surgical procedures, including skin cancer checks and excisions, iron infusions, and the insertion and removal of contraceptive devices such as Implanon and intrauterine devices (IUDs).
