Dr Michelle Warman is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a diverse range of clinical interests, Dr Warman has extensive experience in women's health, including breast medicine and intrauterine device (IUD) insertion. She is equally passionate about family and paediatric medicine, preventative healthcare, and lifestyle modification. Additionally, Dr Warman has a deep interest in mental health support, behaviour management, and neurodiversity, offering specialised assessment, diagnosis, and management planning for adult attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
Dr Warman graduated with her medical degree from the University of Queensland in 2005 and subsequently completed her General Practice fellowship in 2011. Prior to her medical career, she worked as a Special Education Teacher, obtaining a Bachelor of Education. This unique background enhances her holistic approach to patient care, particularly in supporting neurodivergent individuals. Dr Warman is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and is actively involved in medical education as a Senior Medical Educator and GP Supervisor. She is also a member of the Australian ADHD Professionals Association (AADPA) and the RACGP Specific Interests group for ADHD and Neurodiversity.
