Dr Michael Khong

Dr Michael Khong is a highly dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing patient-centred, high-quality healthcare. With a broad clinical background spanning multiple regions, he delivers comprehensive medical care tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Dr Khong believes in fostering strong, trusting relationships with his patients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their healthcare journey.

Dr Khong obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of London and qualified as a General Practitioner in England in 1994. Demonstrating a commitment to clinical excellence, he holds a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Additionally, Dr Khong has pursued advanced training in skin cancer care, obtaining an advanced qualification from the Skin Cancer College of Australasia, by which he is also accredited.

While highly skilled in all aspects of family medicine, Dr Khong specialises in Skin Cancer Medicine. He provides comprehensive skin assessments, including photographic progress monitoring, and is proficient in the non-surgical management of pre-cancerous lesions. His surgical expertise extends to performing biopsies, excisions, and complex reconstructive procedures such as skin flaps and grafts for diagnosed skin cancers. Fluent in both English and Malay, he is able to effectively communicate and connect with a diverse patient demographic.
