Dr Mary Walsh

Dr Mary Walsh is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a holistic approach to family medicine, she is committed to supporting patients through all stages of life. Her practice encompasses a broad range of general medicine, with a particular focus on delivering personalised healthcare that addresses both the physical and emotional well-being of her patients.

Throughout her career, Dr Walsh has developed significant expertise in women's health, obstetrics shared care, and paediatrics. She is particularly passionate about fertility and restorative reproductive medicine, having founded a specialised fertility assessment clinic. As an accredited Billings Ovulation Method Teacher, a Fertility Education Medical Management (FEMM) Consultant, and an Obstetric Shared Care Practitioner, she offers expert guidance in fertility awareness, pregnancy preparation, and the natural management of sub-fertility. Her clinical interests also extend to counselling, mental health, and the care of the ageing, ensuring that older patients and those facing psychological challenges receive supportive and respectful care.

Dr Walsh completed her medical degree in Queensland before relocating to Melbourne. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and has actively contributed to the medical community by developing and lecturing in accredited professional development programmes in fertility awareness. Additionally, she is an active Committee Member for the conferences of the Australasian Institute for Restorative Reproductive Medicine (AIRRM), reflecting her ongoing commitment to advancing restorative reproductive healthcare.
