Dr Mark Hanikeri

Dr Hanikeri performs a range of breast procedures, including breast augmentation, breast reduction and breast lift surgery. His body surgery practice includes abdominoplasty, body contouring following weight loss, brachioplasty, labiaplasty and liposuction, as well as surgery for lipoedema. Facial procedures include blepharoplasty, brow lift and otoplasty. His wider surgical experience includes breast reconstruction, hand surgery, head and neck surgery and microsurgery.

Dr Hanikeri undertook his medical training at the University of Western Australia before completing postgraduate training in Australia and Scotland. He subsequently completed specialist training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Australia and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in Plastic Surgery. He later undertook post-fellowship training in the UK, including training in craniofacial and cosmetic surgery.

Alongside his clinical practice, Dr Hanikeri has been involved in teaching and training plastic surgeons. He has presented research at international plastic surgery meetings, and his research has been published in specialist journals.

Dr Hanikeri is a member of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons, Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons and International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
