Dr Lyndall Whitecross

Dr Lyndall Whitecross is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides patient-centred healthcare. With a focus on delivering comprehensive medical care, she is committed to supporting the health and well-being of individuals and families. Her approach is characterised by empathy and a thorough understanding of general medicine, ensuring that each patient receives personalised and reassuring support.

In her clinical practice, Dr Whitecross focuses on all areas of general medicine, with a particular interest in women's health and general health and well-being. She is an accredited Shared Care Provider, allowing her to support women through their pregnancy journeys. Additionally, she is an Authorised Supervisor involved in the training and mentorship of future General Practitioners, reflecting her commitment to the advancement of primary healthcare. Her diverse background also includes studying acupuncture, which enhances her holistic perspective on patient care.

Dr Whitecross completed her medical education at the University of Melbourne, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). She went on to complete her general practice training and became a Fellow of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 1994. Committed to continuous learning, she also holds a Masters of Family Medicine (Clinical). Prior to her medical studies, she spent time studying acupuncture in China in 1987, further broadening her clinical knowledge.
