Dr Lukas Cheney

Dr Lukas Cheney is a highly qualified Consultant Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist who provides compassionate, patient-centred mental health care. He specialises in supporting individuals with complex mental health conditions, focusing on the intricate relationship between neurodiversity, trauma, and personality. Dr Cheney is dedicated to delivering personalised, evidence-based care that empowers patients to achieve their mental well-being goals in a safe and supportive environment.

With a strong clinical interest in neurodiversity, Dr Cheney offers comprehensive assessments and ongoing support for conditions such as adult attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism spectrum disorder. His expertise also extends to the treatment of complex trauma and personality disorders, including borderline personality disorder (BPD). Dr Cheney utilises a range of specialised psychotherapies, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Mentalisation-Based Therapy (MBT), to help patients navigate emotional dysregulation and build resilience.
