Ms Lucy Haymes

Ms Lucy Haymes is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to delivering holistic, preventative healthcare to her patients. With a focus on patient-centred care and clinical excellence, she supports individuals and families through all stages of life. Ms Haymes is passionate about fostering long-term partnerships with her patients, ensuring they feel heard, guided, and supported in managing their physical, mental, and sexual health.

Ms Haymes completed her Bachelor of Biomedical Science before earning her medical degree from Monash University in 2013. She completed her medical internship in regional Australia and subsequently undertook extensive training in paediatrics and emergency medicine. In 2017, she transitioned into specialised General Practice training. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), reflecting her high standard of clinical knowledge and dedication to the medical profession.

In her clinical practice, Ms Haymes has developed a particular interest in women's and children's health, drawing on her foundational training in paediatrics to provide comprehensive care for young patients. Her expertise also spans preventative medicine, mental health support, and sexual health. Additionally, she is skilled in skin cancer medicine, including skin cancer checks and excisions, as well as the management of chronic conditions such as diabetes. Through her diverse clinical interests, Ms Haymes strives to provide thorough and individualised care that promotes long-term well-being.
