Dr Lin Tun Aung is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a broad clinical background spanning various medical environments, he is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare tailored to the unique needs of individuals and families. Dr Tun Aung adopts a holistic approach to medicine, ensuring that his patients feel supported, reassured, and actively involved in their healthcare journeys.

Throughout his career, Dr Tun Aung has accumulated extensive experience across diverse medical settings, including rural communities and regional areas. He has worked as a Resident Medical Officer and a Medical Registrar, gaining substantial knowledge in general medicine, emergency medicine, and Indigenous health. His clinical interests are broad, encompassing child and adolescent health, mental health, sexual health, geriatric medicine, and chronic disease management. Additionally, Dr Tun Aung has a strong interest in dermatology and skin cancer medicine, which allows him to perform minor skin surgeries and provide thorough skin assessments.

Dr Tun Aung obtained his primary medical degree from the Institute of Medicine in Yangon, Myanmar, before relocating to Australia. Committed to continuous professional development, he completed a Diploma in Child Health in 2011 and undertook extended training in sexual health. He was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2014 and subsequently earned an Australian Dermatology Diploma in 2016 to further his expertise in skin health.
