Lily Luo

Lily Luo is a Senior Counsellor offering telehealth services. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Lily is experienced in providing counselling support to individuals of various ages, both in group and one-on-one settings. She has worked extensively with clients experiencing trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, and other challenges.

Lily’s approach is holistic and intuitive, aimed at helping individuals develop a deeper understanding of themselves. In addition to her counselling role, she also works as a specialist family violence practitioner, supporting individuals and families in crisis.

Lily holds a Master of Counselling, a Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science, and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology). She is a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).
