Dr Lauren Wilson is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. She enjoys the wide variety that general practice offers, working collaboratively with individuals and families to support their long-term health and well-being. With a reassuring and professional approach, Dr Wilson is committed to delivering high-quality medical care tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

While highly skilled in all aspects of family medicine, Dr Wilson has developed a strong clinical focus on women's health, children's health, and antenatal care. As an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant, she is particularly passionate about early life care and supporting new parents. She is accredited in neuroprotective developmental infant care, allowing her to offer specialised guidance on baby feeding, sleep, sensory stimulation, and settling. Her expertise also extends to the clinical management of nipple pain in breastfeeding women, ensuring comprehensive support for mothers and infants during the postpartum period.

Dr Wilson commenced her academic journey with a Bachelor of Science with Honours at a leading Queensland university, before completing her medical degree at another prominent institution on the Gold Coast. She gained extensive clinical experience during her residency, rotating through major tertiary and paediatric hospitals in Brisbane. To further her expertise in her chosen fields, she obtained a Diploma of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, as well as a Diploma of Child Health. Dr Wilson is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and maintains her credentials as an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant.
