Dr Lauren Boucher

Dr Lauren Boucher is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a warm and reassuring approach, she supports individuals and families through all stages of life, ensuring that each patient receives personalised medical attention tailored to their unique needs. Her practice is built on a foundation of clinical excellence and a genuine passion for promoting long-term health and well-being within the community.

Dr Boucher graduated with her medical degree from Deakin Medical School in 2013. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and has pursued extensive postgraduate training to expand her clinical expertise. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Medical Science (BMedSci), a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (BMBS), and a Diploma of the Royal Australian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DRANZCOG). Additionally, she has completed a specialised paediatric health programme and holds credentials with the Southern Rural Health Alliance (SRHA).

With a strong clinical focus on women's and children's health, Dr Boucher spent time working with a dedicated obstetrics and gynaecology team prior to specialising in General Practice. She is accredited to provide shared maternity care in collaboration with major metropolitan health services, supporting women throughout their pregnancy journeys. Dr Boucher has also undertaken advanced training in sexual health, enabling her to offer specialised services such as intrauterine device (IUD) and Implanon insertions and removals, medical terminations of pregnancy, and iron infusions. Her holistic approach ensures that both paediatric and adult patients receive the highest standard of preventative and therapeutic care.
