Dr Kyaw Lin

Dr Kyaw Lin is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality healthcare to individuals and families. With a patient-centred approach, he focuses on delivering holistic care that addresses both the physical and emotional well-being of his patients. Dr Lin is highly regarded for his reassuring manner and his ability to build strong, trusting relationships with patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Throughout his career, Dr Lin has developed a broad scope of clinical practice. He has a keen interest in chronic disease management, helping patients navigate complex conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Additionally, he is highly skilled in preventative medicine, mental health support, antenatal care, and family medicine, which encompasses men's, women's, and children's health. His clinical expertise also extends to performing minor surgical procedures, including venesection, as well as the insertion and removal of contraceptive implants.

Dr Lin completed his primary medical education in 2006, earning his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the Institute of Medicine (1) Yangon. To further his expertise, he completed a clinical bridging programme at Monash University and obtained a Diploma in Child Health. Committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, he was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2016. Dr Lin has also pursued advanced training in skin cancer medicine, holding a Certificate of Dermoscopy and an Advanced Clinical Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery, which enables him to perform thorough skin checks and effective skin cancer treatments.
