Dr Win completed her medical training and obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2005. She later earned her Australian Medical Council certificate in 2011, the same year she completed a Diploma of Child Health. Committed to continuous professional development, she also obtained certificates in Primary Care Skin Cancer Surgery and Medicine in 2015. Dr Win is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, reflecting her adherence to the highest standards of general practice.

She specialises in women's and children's health, offering services such as postpartum checks, cervical screening, and contraceptive device procedures, including the insertion and removal of contraceptive implants.
