Dr Katrina Morris

Dr Katrina Morris is a highly qualified Consultant Neurologist who provides comprehensive care for patients experiencing a wide range of neurological conditions. With a compassionate and patient-centred approach, she specialises in general neurology while maintaining a deep clinical focus on complex sub-specialties. Her primary areas of expertise include neuro-oncology, neurogenetics, and neurofibromatosis, where she works closely with multidisciplinary teams to co-ordinate evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.

Dr Morris completed her undergraduate medical education at a leading Australian university, graduating with a Bachelor of Medical Science and a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Honours in 2005. She subsequently undertook her specialist neurology training across several major tertiary referral hospitals in Sydney. Following this, she was awarded a prestigious fellowship by the Australian and New Zealand Association of Neurologists, which enabled her to pursue advanced training at a world-renowned teaching hospital in Oxford, United Kingdom. Whilst in Oxford, she completed a clinical research fellowship in neuro-oncology, culminating in the award of her PhD in 2017 for her research into therapeutic treatments for neurofibromatosis. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.

She has a particular interest in neuromuscular diseases, genetic nerve disorders, and the management of brain and spinal cord tumours.
