Dr. Kate O'Shea

Dr Kate O'Shea is a dedicated Osteopath and Clinical Pilates Instructor at Enso Osteopathy. She holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree in osteopathy from Victoria University. Her extensive background includes a wide range of sports experiences, such as an internship at Melbourne Victory Junior Academy and the Elite Girls program.

Dr Kate is deeply passionate about providing high-level, person-centred care to achieve the best health outcomes for her clients. Her interest in occupational rehabilitation led her to focus on assisting injured workers, making a significant impact in their recovery and wellbeing.

At Enso Osteopathy, Dr Kate delivers comprehensive worksite assessments, return-to-work plans, case management, and functional capacity evaluations to her clients.
