Dr Kailas Roberts

Dr Kailas Roberts is a compassionate and highly accomplished Consultant Psychiatrist and Psychogeriatrician who provides comprehensive mental health care to his patients. He specialises in general adult psychiatry and old age psychiatry, with a particular focus on cognitive disorders and the assessment and management of dementia. Dr Roberts is dedicated to supporting individuals and their families through complex mental health journeys, offering personalised treatment pathways that prioritise long-term cognitive health and emotional well-being.

Dr Roberts completed his medical degree (MBChB) at Leicester University in the United Kingdom in 1998. He undertook extensive specialist training in psychiatry within both the United Kingdom and Australia, gaining valuable experience across diverse clinical settings. In 2009, he qualified as a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP). Committed to continuous professional development, he also obtained a Certificate of Advanced Training in Old Age Psychiatry in 2019 and is an active member of the RANZCP Section of Psychiatry of Old Age.
