Mr John Jasinski

Mr John Jasinski is a dedicated General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a professional background that combines physical therapy and general medicine, he offers a holistic approach to healthcare, ensuring that each patient receives personalised and reassuring support. His clinical practice is guided by a commitment to understanding the unique needs of his patients, helping them navigate their health journeys with confidence and clarity.

Mr Jasinski relocated to Australia to pursue his medical training, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Queensland in 2012. Prior to his medical studies, he completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1998 and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 2002, both at the University of Western Ontario. He subsequently completed his internship and worked as a Resident Medical Officer at a major tertiary hospital in Brisbane on the physician training pathway, before commencing his specialised General Practice training in 2017. He has also undertaken postgraduate research focusing on strategies to reduce anxiety, depression, and burnout among medical professionals and students.

In his clinical practice, Mr Jasinski has developed key areas of interest in orthopaedics, sports injuries, spinal health, and men's health. His prior experience as a Physiotherapist enhances his ability to manage musculoskeletal conditions and rehabilitation pathways effectively. Additionally, he is accredited to perform specialised occupational health assessments, including health surveillance for individuals exposed to hazardous substances and medical examinations under the Coal Mine Workers' Health Scheme.
