Dr John Hall

Dr John Hall is a highly dedicated General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals and families in regional Australia. With a strong commitment to rural medicine, he delivers a broad range of primary healthcare services, ensuring that patients receive high-quality medical support. Dr Hall is known for his reassuring and professional approach, focusing on preventative health and long-term patient well-being.

Throughout his career, Dr Hall has developed diverse clinical interests that allow him to address a wide array of medical needs. He has extensive expertise in skin cancer diagnosis and surgery, as well as emergency medicine. Additionally, he is highly skilled in obstetrics, offering comprehensive perinatal care and specialised procedures such as intrauterine device (IUD) insertions. His clinical capabilities also extend to performing vasectomies, making him a versatile General Practitioner capable of managing complex healthcare requirements.

Dr Hall completed his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, followed by Honours in Molecular Genetics, and went on to earn his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from The University of Queensland in 2000. Committed to advanced training, he obtained a Diploma in Skin Cancer Surgery from the Australasian College of Skin Cancer Medicine in 2007. He is a Fellow of both the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM). Furthermore, he holds an Advanced Diploma of Obstetrics from the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DRANZCOG), reflecting his advanced capabilities in maternal and newborn care.
