Dr Jenna Dwyer

Dr Jenna Dwyer is a dedicated General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care to the community of Warrnambool, Australia. With a strong commitment to evidence-based medicine, she enjoys practising holistic and preventive medicine to support the long-term well-being of her patients. Dr Dwyer is passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare that addresses the unique physical and mental health needs of individuals across all stages of life.

As a versatile General Practitioner, Dr Dwyer maintains a broad range of clinical interests. She is particularly focused on women's health, paediatrics, and chronic disease management. Additionally, she has a strong interest in mental health and completed Focussed Psychological Skills Training to better support patients experiencing psychological challenges. Her approach combines clinical expertise with a compassionate, reassuring manner, ensuring that patients feel heard and supported throughout their healthcare journey.

Dr Dwyer completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Monash University in 2008. She undertook her internship and medical residency at major metropolitan health services, gaining valuable experience in women's and children's health. To further her expertise, she obtained a Diploma of Child Health from the University of Sydney in 2012 and became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2014. Committed to the future of the profession, she also contributes to medical education as a Medical Educator.
